Is Cyprus the test tube for picking the winners and losers and allowing consolidation in to "Super Banks". It would appear that once again, those that were reckless and caused this problem are not only bailed out by the people, but are re-enforced in their breaking of the public trust and the innocent (people) are made to pay for their recklessness and suffer more hardship and possible poverty. When is enough, enough?
